Non-Refundable Deposits

All deposits made for website development, local SEO, branding, or digital service work are non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Fees

SMS usage fees

Call tracking fees

Subscription-based tools or software
are non-refundable, regardless of project status or cancellation.

Contract Cancellation

Contracts may be cancelled after the first 30 days with no cancellation fee.

If a contract is cancelled within the first 30 days, 50% of the original deposit will be retained as a service fee.

Work completed up to the cancellation date is billable and non-refundable.

This policy ensures fairness, covers work already performed, and protects Clove Solutions from financial loss due to early cancellations.
